This is a great resource that should be posted on the bulletin board (if those still exist) of every PUC lunchroom. I would also love to see some more on where and how policy and regulations are working well (or at least OK) for DERs, something that builds on existing resources like the RMI/VP3 VPP flipbook with deeper dives into what works or could work (or didn't work) in varying markets (vertically integrated, restructured, TX, etc.). Also, it would be important to integrate into such research the new financing metrics reshaping the residential solar-battery markets if the House's cuts to tax credit are approved by the Senate.
